about your FTP account
Every photostories customer is entitled to their own secure FTP account with unlimited storage for submitting files to us.
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) allows you to easily drag and drop files to your own personal secure photostories account. We will show you how to access your FTP folder below. Once your FTP folder is configured, you can then drag and drop files to it just like a folder on your computer. You can also navigate through the files in your photostories account just as you do the files on your local computer.

First and foremost, you will need to contact us at photostories for your FTP username and password. You will receive a username (usually "firstnamelastname" or the name of your studio) and a unique password.
