We do not trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Please note that content that you use for your albums or that you contribute of others might also contain personal information.

If you provide feedback, you agree we may use such feedback for any purpose, provided we will not associate such feedback with your personal information.

Use of information

In general, personal information you submit to us is used to respond to orders that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. We may use your information for newsletters or promotional emails. When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us.

Password

Where images and files are provided by ftp upload, you will be supplied with a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another member at any time. You agree to notify Photostories immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

Intellectual property rights

Photostories has no ownership of any of your content; text, files, images, photos, and other material that you submit to us for album design and print services. However, to be able to provide you with our services, you hereby agree to grant Photostories license for the purpose of printing the albums that you order.

Reseller responsibility

Your interactions with other users or third parties, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the other user or third party.

You agree that Photostories will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such interactions and dealings listed in this section or with respect to any other userss use or disclosure of your personally identifiable information. If there is a dispute between you and any third party, Photostories is under no obligation to become involved.

Copyright policy

It is Photostories's policy to terminate dealings with any customer who infringes copyright upon notification to Photostories by the copyright owner. If you believe that your work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact Photostories with details.
